ONSITE SURVEYS
Book A Visit With Our Expert Team
We would love to come and conduct a full site survey for your new dream project – It’s the best way to talk through your ideas and guide you through any design. If it’s a children’s project we like their input from the start and encourage them to draw their ideas ready for my visit. Their idea of fun often differs from Mum and Dad’s ideas!
We get a lot of requests for site surveys, so we make a nominal charge for surveys that we happily refund on completion of your project with us.
Custom treehouse design, site survey, and detailed written quotes and consultations within 100 mile radius of Lymington, Hampshire are at £200 plus vat per survey. HOWEVER, Your survey fee is refunded IN FULL on completion of your project with us
If you require detailed Cad drawings additional fees apply depending on the size and complexity of your project.
Site surveys & design consultations outside the 100 mile radius are dependent upon travel time from our location in Hampshire and likely project requirements. Please call us for an initial discussion and we can confirm a price and time to come and meet with you.
We can also complete detailed plans for submission to the local planning department, along with the full application where necessary.

Can you work from my designs?
We love it when our clients are creative! We will do our best to work from your designs and work with you every step of the way. The first step to owning your own dream bespoke treehouse is to get in touch with our team and share your ideas!
Do I need planning permission?
Planning applications start from £150 and it is likely that you will also need to provide detailed drawings and even Ordnance Survey maps showing the exact location of the treehouse so that planning officials can assess the impact on surrounding properties.

How much does it cost?
Once requirements are agreed, we ask for 50% of the project cost to be paid on confirming your order, with the balance due on completion. Your build will then be scheduled and the exciting part begins!
